Job Summary
An employee benefits solution provider has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for independently managing multi-state payroll and related activities
- Work on system conversions and implementations related to payroll and time and attendance
- Manage the administration of COBRA, ADA, FMLA, Unemployment, and Workers Compensation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of HR/payroll experience required
- 4-6 years of Recruitment experience required
- ADP, PayChex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, and Kronos Experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
- Multi-state payroll experience preferred
