A nonprofit is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist in Grand Rapids.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating benefits administration
• Managing HR helpdesk
• Documenting all relevant payroll allocations

Position Requirements Include:

• Some travel is required
• Education at a BA/BS level with degree/major preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 5 years’ progressively more responsible experience in HR with a focus in a Generalist role
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sense of urgency and commitment to customer service
