Job Summary

An online higher education institution is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Design and manage new employee onboarding materials and process
  • Lead on candidate sourcing, screening and hiring across the world
  • Identify tools and assessments to help increase the efficiency of candidate screening processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Having a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • Having at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a human resource management
  • Having excellent English communications skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Being tech-savvy and being able to adapt to new software easily
  • Having excellent management and interpersonal skills; being approachable, and having the ability to deal with matters with integrity, fairness and diplomacy
  • Having experience working in a fast-moving, high-volume working environment
