An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing and/or developing all HR programs and initiatives
• Recruiting and managing talent
• Managing compensation and benefits

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University in a closely related field.
• 5 years’ relevant experience
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong consultative, coaching, communication and influence skills
• Strong leadership presence and experience
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and HRIS
