Job Summary
An international non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Manager in Bethesda.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting hiring managers when needed in creating job descriptions
- Managing all on-boarding and off-boarding protocols
- Managing the performance assessment process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel based upon business needs (less than 10%)
- 10+ plus years of HR generalist experience
- 3-5 years at the management level
- Experience working and engaging in global, multicultural, and virtual team environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English required
