Job Summary
A social media company has an open position for a Remote Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with the broader People Experience team to assess highest priority needs across manager, team, org leader experience
- Collaborating with People Analytics and cross-functional partners to identify problems and opportunities that impact manager, team, and org leader effectiveness
- Supporting and communicating research including quantitative and qualitative analysis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of work experience within People Programs or experience, HR, analytics, consulting or related field
- Broad talent management experience with specific experience in manage, team and organizational effectiveness
- Experience leading end-to-end program management and large-scale change management efforts across multiple functions
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration for large complex people programs
