Job Summary

A solar energy company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring all HR projects undertaken align with HR’s strategic vision
• Managing all aspects of HR program execution
• Ensuring budget and resources required for HR projects are properly scoped

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration or Management, or related field or equivalent experience
• 10 years’ direct HR and/or HR Project Management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management practices
• Experience presenting to leadership in the company
• Experience working with HR functional roles and serving clients
• Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems
