Job Summary

A global experience company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Reporting Analyst Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Following and contributing to team standards and utilize industry best practices
• Leading team and taking charge of tasks and projects
• Coordinating and communicating with clients, operations, and management

Required Skills:

• 2+ years’ experience in leading and team management Experience is using timekeeping system
• 2-4 years’ experience excel (PowerPivot), pivot tables, macros, data connections, and advanced calculation
• 1+ years’ experience working with data warehouse systems
• 2+ years of experience working with clients to define and develop reports
• A proven ability to develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs
• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent experience
