Job Summary
A university is in need of a Remote Human Resources Senior Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Understand all of human resources’ business process and associated workflows
- Make recommendations for improvement, specifically with a focus on the application of technology
- Provide expertise in workflow and process mapping methodology
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Occasional travel
- Five years of experience in project management
- 2+ years of experience with process mapping
- Demonstrated skills in handling multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Criminal Background Check (CBC)
