Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Shared Services Lead Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tools and methods to monitor, measure, and improve performance within areas of expertise
  • Understand and analyze business requirements and assist with improving business processes
  • Provide information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent years of experience
  • 3 years of related work experience
  • Ability to handle extremely sensitive data with highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle high level escalations from all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both in a virtual team environment, if needed
