A human resources software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Software Business Development Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quota objectives
- Working collaboratively and efficiently with your Field Sales partners
- Building your territory plan
Qualifications Include:
- At least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales role
- Demonstrated success cold calling and penetrating the C-suite
- Excellent presentation skills; confident with public speaking
- Prior experience in lead development focused on enterprise selling
- Effective at engaging prospects, instilling confidence, gaining referrals
- Fast learner with the ability to learn new products and messaging quickly
