Job Summary
An industrial packaging products company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the plants and HR Partners by answering colleagues' HR related requests and questions
- Address and respond to colleague relation issues
- Support colleagues in the benefit open enrollment process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Typically possesses high school diploma or equivalent and 3-6 years of experience
- General knowledge of Human Resource functions
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, and verbal, written and mathematical skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidential information
