Job Summary
A telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Total Rewards and Systems Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead one direct report and provides coaching and guidance with an emphasis on development and career growth
- Provide expertise regarding benefits design and management
- Oversee third party benefit brokers and providers for the effective and compliant administration of all health & welfare plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of hand-on experience leading the design and implementation of competitive compensation
- A minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources
- Solid working knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll administration, employment laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of interdependencies in program and systems design, legal and tax and financial implications
- A proven history of relationship-building abilities and a passion to create programs
