Job Summary

A non-profit educational organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to define the overall vision & direction of the people organization
  • Be a trusted business leader and adviser for leadership, management, and employees
  • Partner with Senior Leadership Team to identify & deploy impactful people strategies & policies that enable us to perform effectively

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 15+ years of Human Resources and Talent Management experience
  • Experience successfully leading or building a People Operations or related team
  • Experience leading internal DEI initiatives & overall talent strategy
  • Board presence, specifically as it relates to the compensation committee of the board
  • Understanding of employment laws & regulations & experience reporting for compliance at the federal, state, and local levels
