Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the analysis and development of processes for Operations
- Supporting diversity and inclusivity initiatives
- Researching and advising on new systems and processes for operations, HR and finance
Required Skills:
- Travel to work with different teams in the field
- Bachelor’s or greater degree in related field
- 1-3 years experience in non-profit, non-governmental organizations and international systems
- Passionate about humanitarian action and international development
- Familiarity with GSuite Quick learning and adoption of new systems, softwares and processes
