Job Summary

A commerce platform developer is in need of a Remote i360 Salesforce Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Salesforce
Answering questions via tickets, calls, chats and emails
Project managing technical and administrative tasks

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

May require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver
Experience with Salesfore.com platform
3+ years of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s degree
Customer service software experience with Zendesk
Proficient with Office 365
Technical aptitude to learn software and technology quickly in a fast-changing environment
