Job Summary

A commerce platform developer is in need of a Remote i360 Salesforce Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Salesforce
  • Answering questions via tickets, calls, chats and emails
  • Project managing technical and administrative tasks

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • May require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver
  • Experience with Salesfore.com platform
  • 3+ years of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer service software experience with Zendesk
  • Proficient with Office 365
  • Technical aptitude to learn software and technology quickly in a fast-changing environment
