Job Summary
A commerce platform developer is in need of a Remote i360 Salesforce Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Salesforce
- Answering questions via tickets, calls, chats and emails
- Project managing technical and administrative tasks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- May require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver
- Experience with Salesfore.com platform
- 3+ years of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s degree
- Customer service software experience with Zendesk
- Proficient with Office 365
- Technical aptitude to learn software and technology quickly in a fast-changing environment
