Job Summary

A social media company has an open position for a Remote Identity and Access Management IT Product Ops Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects and systems enhancements utilizing Agile SCRUM methodology
  • Implement and support applications through full system implementation life-cycles
  • Work closely with IT Product Managers, Engineering, and Security to deliver excellent results

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of experience in business applications development in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering suite of industry products
  • Collaborating with other IT teams and business units to manage technical delivery of multiple projects
  • Planning and monitoring of project phases and tasks
  • Serving as a functional expert in assigned areas of responsibility
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
