Job Summary
A health and wellness company is filling a position for a Remote Illinois Licensed Registered Dietitian.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Documenting care in electronic medical record according to Nutrition Care Process
- Assisting patients in getting the most utility out of our digital platform
- Managing a panel of clients/patients with a variety of chronic health conditions and backgrounds
Position Requirements Include:
- Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian in Illinois
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in providing nutritional counseling
- Experience working with food-insecure populations
- Experience using motivational interviewing
- Ability to assist patients in getting the most utility out of our digital platform
- Ability to manage a panel of clients/patients with a variety of chronic health conditions and backgrounds
