Job Summary
A software developer that creates products for use in human resources needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation and Services Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and growing a team that delivers consulting and training offerings
- Managing, mentoring and training managers, directing reports & subcontractors to deliver world-class services
- Overseeing the successful and on-time delivery of a portfolio of dozens of concurrent Enterprise projects
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior level implementation leadership at Enterprise SaaS companies
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a global team across multiple regions and time zones
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects to consistent, high quality outcomes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Relevant experience monitoring results and taking corrective action to ensure goals are met
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed business targets at fast-growing companies
