Job Summary

A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation and Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implement the software solution to new customers
  • Assess customer requirements
  • Install and configure the solution to optimize application functionality

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years Enterprise Accounting software implementation experience
  • Strong T-SQL skills (must be experienced at writing queries, triggers and views)
  • Experience working with Microsoft servers; specifically, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Related accounting expertise
  • Ability to understand and translate customer business problems and processes
