Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation and Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implement the software solution to new customers
- Assess customer requirements
- Install and configure the solution to optimize application functionality
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years Enterprise Accounting software implementation experience
- Strong T-SQL skills (must be experienced at writing queries, triggers and views)
- Experience working with Microsoft servers; specifically, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server
- Related accounting expertise
- Ability to understand and translate customer business problems and processes
