Job Summary

A managed vision care company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and managing tactical plans for the implementation of Vision Care programs
  • Managing the end-to-end implementation process working with Sales and Client Management
  • Providing performance related feedback to respective business units' managers to ensure timely and quality service is delivered

Position Requirements Include:

  • One to three years of related experience
  • Strong managed care product experience is required
  • Working experience in MS Office Suite and Windows environment is required
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate the implementation of initiatives with internal departments and external entities is required
  • Verifiable experience in completing large claims/appeals research projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of claims payment processing and medical management processes is required
