Job Summary
A managed vision care company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and managing tactical plans for the implementation of Vision Care programs
- Managing the end-to-end implementation process working with Sales and Client Management
- Providing performance related feedback to respective business units' managers to ensure timely and quality service is delivered
Position Requirements Include:
- One to three years of related experience
- Strong managed care product experience is required
- Working experience in MS Office Suite and Windows environment is required
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate the implementation of initiatives with internal departments and external entities is required
- Verifiable experience in completing large claims/appeals research projects
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of claims payment processing and medical management processes is required
