Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Implementation Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Accelerating successful adoption through time-bound customer engagements
• Building integrations utilizing internal tools for customer security behavior and hr data sets
• Testing, in tandem with our engineering team, of integrations and dashboards

Qualifications for this position include:

• Have been working in customer-facing implementation/technical solution roles for 2 years
• You’ve implemented enterprise, data-heavy, SaaS software applications
• You’ve managed multiple complex, multi-faceted projects at the same time
• Can quickly understand and translate customer requirements and architect solutions
• Understanding of web service technology, APIs, XML, JSON and data structures
• Comfortable picking up new technologies quickly
