A technology company is in need of a Remote Implementation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the performance and well-being of their staff
- Assist in recruiting employees, communicating job expectations and evaluating their performance
- Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to support their staff
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years' experience with providing technical support
- Knowledge of software systems
- A University degree or College Diploma
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
- Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously
- Experience in a business analysist position or team
