Job Summary

An e-learning company is in need of a Remote Implementation Project Manager in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Execute implementation process and methodology
• Proactively contact clients during the implementation process to assess their satisfaction
• Participate in project planning and/or facilitates efforts

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to client sites
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in business or related field
• Experience working across a complex organizational matrix
• 3 years of experience in customer service
• Experience with a CRM application (Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, etc)
• 1-3 years of experience in software support preferred
