Job Summary
An e-learning company is in need of a Remote Implementation Project Manager in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Execute implementation process and methodology
- Proactively contact clients during the implementation process to assess their satisfaction
- Participate in project planning and/or facilitates efforts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to client sites
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in business or related field
- Experience working across a complex organizational matrix
- 3 years of experience in customer service
- Experience with a CRM application (Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, etc)
- 1-3 years of experience in software support preferred
