Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Implementation Representative III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage projects that range from medium to high complexity and handle escalations of the same level
• Coordinate the tax, garnishment, and employee pay implementation deliverables
• Manage multiple competing priorities with tight deadlines

Required Skills:

• 1-2+ years' experience maintaining a client base and ensuring high quality customer satisfaction
• 1-2+ years' USA payroll, and multi-state and local tax filing experience
• 1-2+ years' service implementation experience
• AA degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong ability to effectively work through conflict, deliver bad news, and hold clients/partners accountable
