Job Summary

An outsourced development service provider is in need of a Remote Implementation Services Engagement Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Plan and manage workflow to ensure attainment of department objectives
  • Establish, maintain and grow client relationships within existing client organizations
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure that assigned client business needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sciences or equivalent
  • 5+ years progressively responsible experience in providing consulting or analysis of prescriber, organization, national or payer-level data
  • Experience in building successful client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to learn a complex product line quickly through self-initiative and discipline
  • Understanding and implementation of VOC
  • Product / solution knowledge within T&C applications
