Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Specialist III.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate the EDI implementation process for customers
- Work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide timely project status updates and reporting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 25%
- Understanding of B2B, commerce, electronic data interchange (EDI), and supply chain processes
- 4-5 years: Performing and coordinating project tasks for software implementations
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications
- Prior experience in testing software, or working with customers on testing processes
- Prior experience in configuring software applications, based on customer specifications
