Job Summary

A digital insurance claims company has a current position open for a Remote Implementation Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Actively engaging with internal and external customers/vendors during enrollment
  • Managing new customer's program installation and configuration projects ensuring successful implementation
  • Providing direct assistance to customer for enrollment changes and program issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • Excellent business, technical, or functional knowledge
  • Excellent skills coordinating tasks to ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule
  • Above average skills in Microsoft Office Software
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas verbally and in writing
  • BA or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of work experience in related fields
