Job Summary
A cloud-based solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Implementations Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accounting for SaaS implementations and maintaining positive customer relationships with those customers
- Proactively monitoring product usage, and reaching out if there are opportunities to increase ROI
- Troubleshooting issues and problems that customers and/or other team members are having with internal systems or product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in client-facing role(s), preferably in a B2B environment
- 2+ years in Customer Success OR 1+ year project management
- Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills
- Demonstrated extreme attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with competing priorities
- Hands on experience with Salesforce
