Job Summary

A food company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote In Store Design Team Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Guide daily operations and utilize scorecards for the Pet Special Pack Operations
• Partner with key stakeholders internally and externally to deliver best in class display execution
• Monitor and drive process improvements with partners through coordination with other work teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years + years of relevant experience
• Strong background in operations management
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mine data and provide value added insights with recommendations
• Interpersonal effectiveness, strong organizational and communication skills
