Remote Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Providing essential support to Veterans, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist callers by answering questions, solving problems, and connecting them to necessary information, all while working from home with provided equipment and paid training.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist Veterans and providers with inquiries regarding services and support programs
• Document call details accurately within multiple systems and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service delivery while meeting quality and performance expectations

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
• Two forms of valid identification (one must be a REAL ID-compliant or U.S. Passport)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
