Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative in Oklahoma City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Documents service orders and perform follow up of completed orders
  • Diagnoses and troubleshooting Level 2 problems encountered with personal computer

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • WORK FROM HOME position while Covid19 orders are in place
  • Solid trouble shooting skills
  • Must complete typing assessment ( to be given post interview )
  • Must have 2 years customer service experience Advanced telephone etiquette skills
