Job Summary

An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Inbound Call Center Supervisor in Warren.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily performance metrics are being met or exceeded
  • Coach and educate agents on how to improve their performance
  • Create an environment focusing on fun, enthusiasm and accountability

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years' call center supervisory experience in high paced customer focused environment
  • Typing speed of 25 wpm
  • Availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines and be accountable for performance of others
