Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Inbound Calls Customer Service Representative in Kansas City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers and providing answers to questions
- Updating call record and performing data entry
- Transferring calls to Tier II Customer Service Representatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Remote after training
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional way
- Strong verbal and listening skills
- Strong phone skills and data entry skills
