Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inbound Contacts Representative 1.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Address customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members
  • Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions
  • Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievance

Qualifications Include:
