Job Summary
A business sales and customer support company has a current position open for a Remote Inbound Customer Support Representative .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting and educating customers with warranty information/services, answer questions and troubleshoot issues with home appliances,
- Resolving customer concerns, prevent future issues, and promote client’s services in a respectful and professional manner
- Communicating and explaining the value and benefits of services to customers by establishing relationships and building strong rapport.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Dipolma/GED
- Minimum of 1 year's tenure at last 3 employers
- Previous experience to, or a willingness to work in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to build rapport utilizing effective probing questions
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
