Job Summary

A business sales and customer support company has a current position open for a Remote Inbound Customer Support Representative .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting and educating customers with warranty information/services, answer questions and troubleshoot issues with home appliances,
  • Resolving customer concerns, prevent future issues, and promote client’s services in a respectful and professional manner
  • Communicating and explaining the value and benefits of services to customers by establishing relationships and building strong rapport.

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Dipolma/GED
  • Minimum of 1 year's tenure at last 3 employers
  • Previous experience to, or a willingness to work in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to build rapport utilizing effective probing questions
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
