Job Summary

A tutoring, test prep, and college admission services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Inbound Enrollment Advisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Consult by phone and email with students and families who seek assistance with standardized test preparation, admissions counseling, and academic support
• Provide great advice, support, and follow-up to prospective students and their parents
• Skillfully and professionally probe for the customer's specific educational needs and provide the right solutions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of professional experience in direct-to-consumer sales
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality with the ability to quickly develop trust, rapport, and strong relationships
• No qualms starting conversations with people you don’t know
• Above-average computer skills
• Available to work until 10 P.M. EST as well as work on Saturday or Sunday
