Job Summary
A hospitality company is in need of a Remote Inbound Reservations Customer Service Representative in Springfield.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing information on our resorts, amenities, things to see
- Taking inbound calls from existing owners
- Making recommendations based on our owner's interests that you willlearn through your conversation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- The option to work from home after completing training
- Six months customer service or sales experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to build rapport with a customer
- Must have demonstrated ability to work wellunder pressure
