Job Summary

A sports entertainment technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Incident and Problem Management Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Refining the incident response process
  • Building scalable team processes
  • Manage the daily operational tasks of the Incident Management team

Required Skills:

  • Skilled in solving complex problems with information technology software and hardware
  • Skilled in maintaining incident logs and processing incident reports for review with upper management
  • Skilled in developing procedural runbooks for various Production Incident resolutions
  • Able to identify roadblocks and can generate solutions to unblock the team
  • Ability to translate high-level objectives into tactical tasks that can be executed upon
  • Comfortable running an Incident Response bridge, with engineers and leadership alike
