An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Incident Communications Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Engage in incident bridge calls during shift for client communication needs
  • Provide timely, clear, and concise business communication of production impacting incidents
  • Update and maintain process and procedures documentation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Associates Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Communications or related fields
  • 3+ years experience working in technical environments and able to translate technical jargon into business communication
  • Client Services, Incident Management, Customer Service or college grads
