Job Summary

An IT consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Incident Management Support.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Developing (python, Django) integration solutions with ICM
Supporting, troubleshooting and fixing major systems incident
Learning OCM and process and then progressing to determine what integrations needed to build and marry the stack

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Incident Mgmt ICM experience required
Strong SRE with Strong background
Must be strong with Python and Java and Linux
Good programming experience for complex, scaled web and cloud stack and apps
Support 7x12 ICM model
