Job Summary

An IT consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Incident Management Support.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing (python, Django) integration solutions with ICM
  • Supporting, troubleshooting and fixing major systems incident
  • Learning OCM and process and then progressing to determine what integrations needed to build and marry the stack

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Incident Mgmt ICM experience required
  • Strong SRE with Strong background
  • Must be strong with Python and Java and Linux
  • Good programming experience for complex, scaled web and cloud stack and apps
  • Support 7x12 ICM model
