Job Summary

A mental healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Incident Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Reach goals by making data-led decisions with measurable results
  • Facilitate incident mitigation, recovery, and resolution for high risk incidents
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis on high risk incidents

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to build rapport, as well as strong and sustainable relationships at all levels of the organization
  • 2-3 years experience supporting enterprise infrastructure
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in areas such as incident response
  • Ability to break down and understand complex incidents and impacts
