Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inclusion and Diversity Talent Program Manager in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Designs, manages and recommends innovative talent programs and practices
- Builds talent action plans with HR and business leaders
- Leads the enterprise implementation of talent programs
Required Skills:
- 5 years related experience
- Requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field
- Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Proven experience in program management
