Job Summary
An integrated healthcare services and products company has a current position open for a Remote Indirect Procurement IT Labor Category Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing data analysis and utilize financial acumen to identify opportunities to leverage scale and drive cost savings
- Developing expertise in core categories including product knowledge, industry dynamics and market trends
- Developing expertise with contract requirements in order to negotiate the most favorable pricing, contract terms and conditions for Cardinal Health
Position Requirements Include:
- BS, or equivalent experience in related field preferred
- Strategic sourcing and negotiating experience required
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience with various sourcing and procurement tools (i.e. SAP Ariba)
