Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Information Systems Technical Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Analyze, design, code and document programs and enhancements
Perform analyst role in design, code, test, debug, and maintain of programs
Modify and develop complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming

Skills and Requirements Include:

Minimum of five years Java development
Five years of experience in software development and support applications in Web environment
Expertise in open systems development using Java, J2EE and Weblogic are required
Knowledge of Oracle or DB2 database
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Linux Operating System, Java Script, Linux scripting, Perl Scripting, Visual Basic, etc
