Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Technology Help Desk Specialist in Newark.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
  • Assist with onboarding of new users

Required Skills:

  • AA in IT or other technical discipline
  • 5 years of industry experience
  • Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile
  • Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time
  • Able to work in a team environment and execute responsibilities with minimal direct supervision
