Job Summary
A customer service company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Help Desk Support Technician.
Must be able to:
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of Windows desktop applications
- Install in-house and third party software on desktops
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and VPN issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability and willingness to work additional hours during holidays, evenings and weekends
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
