Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing M&A security strategic plans and roadmaps
  • Developing M&A playbooks based on security standards
  • Ensuring architectural solutions effectively fulfill M&A business needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience in the creation and delivery of a disciplined IT integration strategy
  • Knowledge of and experience in leading complex post acquisitions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop M&A standard methodologies
  • Experience preparing critical path analysis, schedules, budgets, and staffing
  • Experience fostering active participation in integrated and siloed product teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of system development life cycle
