Job Summary

A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Information Technology Operations Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Drive technical administration and configuration management support
  • Investigate and perform root cause analysis for our suite of enterprise technology solutions
  • Align and integrate our various technology application owners across the organization

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 4 years of IT or other technical experience
  • 2 years of experience deploying and supporting various enterprise technology tools
  • Are knowledgeable and have deep administrative experience around key SaaS technologies
  • Able to dig into and beyond the documentation to understand the limitations and use cases
