Job Summary

An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Information Technology Operations Management Technical Consultant II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for assisting with the successful implementation of a ServiceNow team
  • Acting as system administrator, quality assurance tester, implementer, and developer
  • Deliver end-to-end automated solutions per a ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years related experience as a Technical Consultant
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 1 platform capability
  • Able to skillfully troubleshoot break/fix issues and well versed with ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices
  • Well versed with ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices
  • Able to manage personal workload against an often demanding timeline
